Found a house put in an offer and got it accepted within 3 days.She was also able to reconcile the problems with the mortgage company due to poor communication on their part . Carlie was on the phone with them making sure everything went through alright and were no problems. My father also passed away during this time and she was able to still get the deal done while we had to travel out of State. We reached out and found everything they’d told us to be true in terms of knowledge, responsiveness, and relative ease of the overall process. We would not hesitate to recommend Rapisarda Real Estate to anybody! Our experience was on the buying side, but it’s a safe bet the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge will be just as evident on the seller side. Though Tom typically handles sellers, he offered to represent us as buyers. We visited several homes and wrote one offer with Tom. While the amount of information was a bit overwhelming, he was extremely patient and thorough in explaining every detail and answering the many questions we had. At no point did we feel ANY pressure from Tom, which was a highlight of our experience. We could look, learn, and decide without ever feeling rushed…yet anytime we needed information or wanted to make a move, Tom was ready.
Overall, we were impressed with Tom’s local knowledge and the way he has the business set up. Easy access to information, very responsive to communication, and great at putting the buyer at ease about the process. Due to some unfortunate external circumstances, he ultimately needed to set us up with one of his associates, Hazel Payne. I was planning to write a separate review for her, but Zillow won’t let me do more than one for the same transaction. Everything I’ve said already is true of Hazel as well. She’s from the area and knows it well. She’s extremely responsive, polite, and friendly – that came in handy with our two small children in tow as we visited properties and signed paperwork at the title company – our son loves her! We eventually formed a great connection with our sellers and Hazel helped us put in our second offer, which was accepted.
That wasn’t the end of the process by a long shot, though! All the way through closing and beyond Hazel (and Tom) were right there to help us out, answer questions, get more information, etc. Even if I wasn’t actively asking questions, they made sure to regularly reach out and ensure everything was going smoothly.
If you’re going to be buying or selling in the Vacaville area or surrounding cities…you couldn’t do better. Don’t just take my word for it – see every other review, none of which are below five stars. Like I said, we’ll be back with them when it’s time to move!
